RETURNS
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers — our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
All returns and refunds are determined on a ‘case by case’ basis.
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, please point it out to courier and inform that you want to check the content of the shipment. Sign for receiving your shipment and along with courier carry out shipment content evaluation. If the content of shipment:
is not damaged, then we hope for your understanding because small damages to shipments outer packaging may occur during shipment processing;
is damaged, then ask courier to compile the act of damage. In this case you can refuse to take this shipment. You will receive a new item, a full refund or a store credit.
If you receive a product that is defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact Us at info [at] iporn.us and we will find the best solution for you choosing between a new item, a full refund or a store credit.
If you have any doubt about products, materials, sizes, etc. please contact Us at info [at] iporn.us before placing your order and we will be more than happy to help you out.
Please always refer to the size chart that you will find next to each product to help you correctly determine your desired size. Please note that no refunds due to wrong size orders will be accepted.
We have a 15 days return policy. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom and personalized orders made especially for you are non-returnable. Custom Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., customized finish, customized color, customized size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer but always contact Us and we will explain how to proceed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Or you can opt for a store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the statement of the original method of payment you used for the purchase.
If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info [at] iporn.us and send your item to the address specified in the instructions you will receive.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address specified in the instructions you will receive
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item/items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
